Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CROzap platform ("CROzap", the "Service"), operated by WebMonx Solutions LLP ("WebMonx", "we", "us", or "our"), with registered office at Sri Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CROzap is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses capture leads from advertising platforms and web forms, manage them through a sales pipeline, attribute them to advertising campaigns, and send conversion signals back to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use CROzap.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for your team members' use of the Service.
• You must create your own account and authorise your own integrations; you may not let us create accounts or enter passwords on your behalf.

3. Connecting advertising accounts

CROzap lets you connect third-party advertising accounts (such as Meta and Google) through their official authorisation flows. By connecting an account, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that you grant CROzap permission to access the data needed to provide the Service. Your use of those third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Your data and responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the data you and your leads provide ("Customer Data").
• You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and operate the Service.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to collect, process, and import your leads' personal data into CROzap.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and with the advertising platforms' policies, including their rules on lead data and conversion reporting.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
• Upload or process data you are not authorised to handle.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

6. Billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta and Google. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs or policies that may affect the Service.

9. Intellectual property

CROzap, including its software, design, and content, is owned by WebMonx Solutions LLP and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that advertising results will improve.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMonx Solutions LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. On termination, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
