Lead CRM & pipeline

Every lead, from new to won.

A clean pipeline built for ad leads. Move each lead through a real status flow, schedule follow-ups, log what they bought, and never lose a warm lead in a spreadsheet again.

Leads go cold fast. The lead that came in this morning is worth a lot less by Friday, and the one buried on row 340 of a spreadsheet is worth nothing at all.

CROzap gives every lead a home and a next step. You see who is new, who needs a follow-up call today, and who is ready to close. Every status change is one click, every callback is scheduled, and when a lead converts you record what they actually bought. Best of all, that "converted" flag does double duty: it is also the trigger that tells Meta and Google you found a real customer.

What you get

A pipeline that does the chasing.

A real status flow

New, Contacted, Interested, Follow-up, Qualified, Converted. Move leads with a click and always know where each one stands.

Follow-ups and callbacks

Schedule a callback date on any lead so nothing slips. Your day starts with exactly who to call.

A converted ledger

Record the fee and the service each customer took, so you know the real revenue behind every campaign.

Notes and history

Every call, every detail, kept on the lead. Anyone on the team can pick up where the last person left off.

Source stays attached

Every lead keeps the ad that made it, so your pipeline doubles as your attribution report.

Triggers conversions

Marking a lead qualified or converted fires the event back to your ad platforms automatically.

FAQ

Lead CRM questions.

Is CROzap a CRM?

CROzap includes a lightweight lead CRM built for ad leads specifically. It is not trying to replace a heavy enterprise system. It gives you a clean pipeline, follow-up scheduling, notes, and a record of what each customer bought, all tied to the ad that produced them, which most big CRMs cannot do.

What lead statuses does CROzap use?

Leads move through New, Contacted, Interested, Follow-up, Qualified, Not interested, and Converted. You can log a callback date, add notes, and record the fee or service when a lead converts. The status you set is also what triggers the conversion signal back to your ad platforms.

Can my team work leads together?

Yes. CROzap is multi-user, so your whole team can see and update leads, schedule follow-ups, and leave notes. For agencies, each client is kept separate, so teams only see the leads that belong to them.

Can I import my existing leads?

Yes. You can import leads by CSV, including Meta's lead export format, so you can bring your history in and keep everything in one pipeline from day one.
