These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CROzap (the "Service"), operated by webMonx Solutions LLP ("webMonx", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using CROzap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CROzap is a lead attribution and conversion tracking platform that captures leads from ad platforms and web forms, attributes them to their source, and can send conversion events back to the platforms you connect. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You agree to use CROzap only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not misuse the Service, try to disrupt or break it, access it without authorisation, use it to send spam, or use it to process data you have no right to process. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform you connect (such as Meta and Google) and for complying with applicable law.
You own the lead data and content you bring to or capture through CROzap. You grant us the permissions we need to host and process that data to run the Service, including sending the conversion events you configure to the platforms you connect. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for the data you capture, and for your privacy notices to those individuals.
CROzap connects to third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, and WordPress. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and their availability or changes may affect the Service.
CROzap offers a free plan and paid plans. Details of current plans are shown in the Service or on our pricing page. Paid features are subject to the fees and terms presented at the time you subscribe.
We work to keep CROzap available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent the law allows, webMonx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using CROzap and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. When your access ends, your right to use the Service ends with it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
